An effective environmental management system has now become an indispensable tool for all organizations, both in the private and public sectors, in search of the right balance between the environment, society and the economy. With the UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 certification, Ambro-Sol intends to guarantee its commitment to environmental protection and the sustainable use of natural and energy resources. Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own is the great goal of the aerosol factory. The process undertaken to achieve it allows for the optimization of management costs and the improvement of the corporate image, especially in relations with interested parties, increasing the trust of stakeholders such as consumer associations, users, citizens and authorities. The ISO 14001 certification is a management standard recognized worldwide, able to provide a proven methodology to rationalize the control of legislative compliance, as well as the monitoring of environmental performance. Following the audits and its release, Ambro-Sol will be subjected to periodic surveillance to confirm the certification, which will allow the brand to access subsidized loans issued by the European Community and the Ministry of the Environment. Ambro-Sol's commitment continues in the dissemination of corporate values and culture to optimize social communications and relationships with stakeholders. The Italian aerosol factory has chosen to adopt the 231 Organizational Model aimed at implementing maximum transparency with respect to roles and responsibilities in corporate management. The preventive management and control model, which is not mandatory, allows companies to reduce the risk of companies being held accountable for one of the crimes attributed to individual employees, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. It therefore allows the companies that sign it to legitimately ask for the exclusion or limitation of their liability deriving from one of the crimes mentioned in the law. Each 231 model is drawn up based on the characteristics of the company, the activities carried out, the production processes and the specific interlocutors. Its actual implementation starts from the mapping of the areas at risk of crime and from the evaluation of the internal control system up to the drafting of the model, including the comparative analysis and improvement plans, which will then be subject to training. Its adoption allows for greater strength in the legality rating for access to public financing and bank credit with greater opportunities to work with publicly held companies. Compliance with regulations related to Legislative Decree 231 such as health and safety at work and environmental safety has also been facilitated.
For Ambro-Sol, Made in Italy is synonymous with quality and an essential link with the territory. For this reason, in March 2020 the aerosol factory joined in cooperation with other companies in the province of Brescia to deal with the problems arising from the epidemiological and health emergency through technological innovation and a "smart" coordination method. Thus was born #OrgoglioBresciano, a non-profit association initiative whose strength subsequently led to the establishment of the Human Economy Alliance Consortium of Companies. The alliance bases its mission on the promotion of an economy capable of bringing the human being and their wellbeing back to the center in terms of physical and mental health, while safeguarding the earth's ecosystem. Among the various activities, the Consortium deals with the study and implementation of products, plants and systems that can reduce the negative impacts on people's health and the environment, as well as the development of training courses aimed at professional outplacement. On February 1st, Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 will enter into force indicating the rules for the regulation of explosives precursors. The regulation governs new rules with respect to certain chemicals and mixtures, with heavy implications regarding the use, purchase, possession and sale, both for private and professional users. The updates will involve, among other substances, also sulfuric acid, the fundamental component of the descaling detergent of Ambro-Sol® - code P306. From 01/02/2021, the private user will no longer be able to freely purchase products with a concentration of sulfuric acid greater than 15%. Therefore the Ambro-Sol® descaling detergent will become exclusively for professional use. Consequently, the product will no longer be considered an "over the counter product". The purchase can only be made by the professional user, followed by an official document (e.g. invoice) that allows tracking. For more details click here.
In the face of executive measures and the consequent increase in disinfectants, Ambro-Sol has obtained an extension of the authorization from the Ministry of Health regarding the possibility of producing biocidal products belonging to the PT2 category. The Ministry of Health has therefore promulgated an extension to authorizations notwithstanding the article 55 of the Biocides Regulation 528/2012. The latter regulates the placing on the market of biocides in order to ensure the protection of man and the environment. All biocidal products can in fact be placed on the market only after obtaining a specific authorization. In exceptional situations, such as in the case of danger to public health, the State may authorize the placing on the market of disinfectant biocidal products (categories PT1, PT2, PT4) on an extraordinary basis. The authorization issued by the Ministry of Health ensures that the products have been subjected to an accurate assessment aimed at certifying their quality and safety. Ambro-Sol therefore reconfirms the availability of the product at its production plants. Discover our sanitizing and disinfectant sprays: click here

What is ISO 9001: 2015 certification? ISO 9001: 2015 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The standard was updated in 2015 and for this reason it is called ISO 9001: 2015. Ambro-Sol adopts it as a basis for creating a system that ensures customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The Covid-19 emergency taught that prevention also passes through the disinfection and sanitization of the surfaces of the environments in which we live. Ambro-Sol has converted part of its factory to the production of an aerosol disinfectant for surfaces, to face this sanitary emergency. The production was authorized directly by the Ministry of Health. The disinfectant line is based on isopropyl alcohol, an active substance with a disinfectant, sanitizing, virucidal and bactericidal action recognized by ECHA (European Chemicals Agency). The rapid evaporation, the immediate effect, the absence of dyes and perfumes ensures effective, fast and residue-free cleaning of any treated surface, such as plastic, rubber, glass, metal and ceramic. The formulation makes the product also suitable for disinfecting the surfaces of smartphones, tablets, keyboards, mice, monitors, printers and all the electronic devices used daily. Thanks to its versatility, the Ambro-Sol disinfectant is a product that can be used in many environments, both domestic and work, for the sanitization of all those surfaces that are frequently touched with the hands.
As per the Ministry of Health's disposition: All products that have a disinfection action on the label can be classified as biocidal products - and are only placed on the market after obtaining a specific marketing authorization from the Ministry of Health or the European Commission. Even the products that indicate the term "sanitizing / sanitizing" are considered to fall within the definition of biocidal products and therefore are subject to the relative authorization regime. The sanitation products sold in Italy must have the following label on the label: "sterilization products authorized by the Ministry of Health or authorized by the European Union. /../ .. AUT (in accordance with EU Regulation no. 528/2012 ) "or:" Registration of the internal medicine operating room of the Ministry of Health ... " The registration number or authorization number issued by the Ministry of Health or the European Commission ensures that the biocidal product is checked before it is placed on the market to assess its safety for consumers and the environment and its effectiveness according to the instructions and the authorized conditions of use.
We'll make it! Ambro-Sol offers its contribution to the management of the emergency linked to the epidemiological spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus by donating 3,000 units of Alcohol Spray to the families of the municipalities of Cigole, San Gervasio and Pavone del Mella.
